    Questions, answered.

    Yes. There is no contact with your dog beyond collecting a small stool sample - completely non-invasive.
    From the moment we receive your sample, the results will be available in your personal dashboard within 4 weeks.
    No. You can order directly. We do recommend sharing the report with your vet.
    Most medications are fine. Avoid testing during or in the two weeks following antibiotics or antifungal medication for the most accurate baseline.
    We currently ship to Belgium and the Netherlands. More countries coming soon.
